Images of the jewel grouper (Cephalopholis miniata) on a coral reef near El Quseir on the Red Sea. The jewel grouper is an eye-catcher.
Although the jewels groupers are only about 40 cm tall, they are an eye-catcher in the reef. On bright red background the blue stain drawing is a real gem in the flashing light. The juveniles are yellow colored.
