Images of Tawny nurse shark (Nebrius ferrugineus) from Shark Reef in the Beqa Lagoon, Viti Levu, Fiji. The animals are very tame and come up very close.Almost on every dive at Shark Reef were Nurse Sharks with their adapted to the underground brown color to see. The average size of the Tawny nurse sharks is about 200 to 250 cm. Their diet consists of crabs, octopuses, corals, sea urchins and fish.
